Have you met Judit? She is one of our amazing instructors here at WellFit Studio as well as with our Pilates International studios.
As you can see form this photo, Judit does more than Studio and Matwork Pilates, she also puts on three wonderful Hatha flow Yoga classes.
Hatha flow is a beautiful sequence combining static poses with slow flowing movement as well as stretches. It is less dynamic than Vinyasa flow and concentrates on slowly engaging your body using the rhythm of your breath to help revitalise the mind and body.
Appropriate for all levels, Classes run at 11:45am Mondays, 7pm Thursdays and 8am Saturdays.
