Progressive Pilates matwork classes will build on the exercises and movement patterns you learnt at the beginner levels while still drawing on the same principles of breathing, concentration, centre, control and precision of movement to allow for more flow through the class. Muscles are stretched and strengthened and your body will feel recharged and stronger.

For the pilates lover. An intermediate classes used the pilates principles to progressively warm the body, then incorporates higher level moves to activate and strengthen your core, delivering a more challenging workout.
At this higher level, classes will include a wider range of exercises and control, precision and flow is encouraged to tie all movements together from start to finish and encourage the endurance of your core and stability muscles for the duration of the class.

Enjoy a reformer class with our highly trained instructors, while your little ones participate in a kids’ Pilates class on the mats under the supervision of one of our teachers, who have undergone specialised training for delivering Pilates to youths.

A beautiful combination of Pilates, Tai Chi and Yoga completed via flowing movement patterns and choreography. Designed to give the feeling of self myo-facial release and relaxation. Suitable for all levels and a must try.

Yoga is an ancient movement method based on harmonising three key elements of body, mind and spirit. Controlled breathing and smooth, flowing movement patterns awaken and invigorate the body as well a promoting unity of the mind and spirit allowing for deep relaxation as well as strengthening of the body.

Expect a slower-paced stretching class with some basic pranayama breathing exercises and meditation at the end. Hatha classes are a good place to learn beginners’ poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga.

Every Body starts here! This is where you learn what the reformer is, how it works and how it will challenge your body. You will learn the basic principles and how to safely use a reformer. At least one beginner reformer session is required by all clients and your instructor will let you know when you are able to progress to reformer 1.

ReformerWell uses fluid movement on the Reformer apparatus to develop strength, flexibility and balance.

At a slower pace to ReformerFIT, these sessions concentrate on breathing, control, precision and alignment, and allow a depth of movement beneficial for individuals requiring extra care and attention. They are suitable for beginners and rehabilitation sessions. Through breath and core connection, your whole body is reinvigorated with circulation and energy, from the inside out. It’s important for your instructor to gain an understanding of your goals and where your body is currently at for these sessions.
